Our Patent Pending Wildfire Shield LT™ is designed to protect your home, cabin or business from wildfire using your existing municipal or well water supply. It is designed for properties in subdivisions that are at threat from wildfires.
Utilizing strategically placed hidden sprinkler head assemblies on the roof of the structure, it distributes a solution of fire suppressant additive and water on top of and around the structure being protected.
Major Functions Performed by the Wildfire Shield LT™
- Fire prevention distribution: A solution of environmentally-friendly fire suppression foam additive and water are distributed 360° around and on top of structure
- Fire suppression injection: Dedicated injection pump with self-contained fire suppressant container injects the right quantity of suppressant into water to increase the effectiveness of water alone from 3 to 5 times (according to testing done by the National Fire Protection Association).
- Irrigation: Used to pro-actively hydrate vegetation in times of drought
